Providing more info reklated to my last blog:
There are seven crucial steps of nutrition. They are:
#1 Ingestion – The addition of food or supplements into the intestinal lumen.
#2 – Digestion – The process of converting complex food into simple molecules that can be absorbed through the intestine into the blood.
#3 – Absorption – The transfer of substances from the intestinal lumen across its wall and into the circulation for transport throughout the body.
#4 – Circulation – The transport of nutrients from the intestine to the cells of the body, mainly via the bloodstream.
#5 – Assimilation – The transfer of nutrients from the circulation into the cells of the body.
#6 – Metabolism – The sum total of biochemical processes that occur in each cell of the body, and are required for life.
#7 – Detoxification – The removal of metabolic waste products and toxins from the body.
These steps were designed by God – not by nature, and ALL of them are essential for complete cellular nutrition to occur. When any one of these steps does not work correctly, nutrients will not be continuously delivered to the cells of the body. This results in the decline of healthy metabolism and diseases will begin to occur. If left untreated, the ultimate consequence is death.
Stay tuned – I’ll write more later this week.
