In West Michigan, where I live, I have heard repeated stories lately of people who have had their basements flood because of all the rain we’ve been having! This is presenting big problems with mold and mildew. Often we don’t even see the mold that is there, hidden under wet carpeting, etc. It’s scary because some molds are extremely dangerous to our health! I just helped my sister & another friend with their flooded basements and have more to help yet this week. It’s critical that the mold be deactivated right away.
